Professionally decorated five bedroom townhome is on three levels offering plenty of separation for different activities. This exquisite property is just 10 minutes down the access road from Powder Mountain and a short drive to either Snowbasin Resort or Wolf Creek Utah Ski Resort.
There are two full masters, each with private bath suite with deep whirlpool style tubs, oversized glass enclosed showers, and double sinks. There’s also a gas fireplace and kitchenette in one suite for the couple who MUST have their coffee before seeing the rest of the group! The adjoining loft area is the perfect reading room with comfortable seating and lots of natural light. Also has a pull-out sofa sleeper for two.
The main level features a gourmet kitchen flowing into the dining and living rooms. The living room is outfitted with designer leather sofas centered on a gas fireplace with flat screen TV w/DVD/VHS above. There are French doors out to a small deck over looking Hole #2 of the Wolf Creek Golf Course.
On the lower level, there are two additional Queen bedrooms and a full bath. Also on this level is the game room with a foosball and card table, gas fireplace and TV w/DVD/VHS. French doors open to the private hot tub. There is also a media room that features a big screen TV with surround sound and DVD. Two comfy sofas open up to provide 2 more queen sofabeds.
The Cascades at Moose Hollow provides all of its guests and owners with a 3000 sq. ft. clubhouse, fitness area, ping-pong table, heated pool w/year-round hot tub, sauna, volleyball, and hiking trails. Daily shuttle to Powder Mountain.

The Owners and some of NorthStar Lodgings staff live right on site at Moose Hollow and the Cascades. We are happy to help you however we can - printing documents or boarding passes, bringing you a port-a-crib or high chair, delivering ski passes, or just helping out however else we can!
The Home Owner's Association office is in the heart of our community and behind the center is our seasonal pool complex with regular size swimming pool, kiddie pool, in-ground hot tub, dry sauna, plus lounging and deck furniture, and a grassy picnic area with charcoal grill. Additional picnic areas and grills are offered adjacent to the pool area and other locations throughout. The in-ground hot tub and dry sauna are open year-round and so is our 2nd community hot tub which is nestled between other condo buildings.
Also offered at our community is a 3000 sq. ft. Clubhouse that can be reserved for private functions, and has a small fitness center and a game room in the lower level. On site there is also a sand volleyball area, basketball hoop and enjoyable walking trails that meander throughout our community past streams, ponds, waterfalls and fairways. During the ski season, for a nominal fee the Utah Transit Authority offers shuttle service to/from Powder Mountain several times a day and picks up right here at Moose Hollow! We hope to see shuttle service from Moose Hollow to Snowbasin in the near future!
Booking Policy: 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due approximately 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancelled 60 or more days before arrival or if we are able to fill the reservation within the 60 days. If cancelled within 60 days and we are not able to fill the reservation, we will allow a credit for the paid amount (less $50) to be used at anytime in the future, subject to availability of this same property and booked no more than 2 weeks before arrival. We offer Travel Insurance to help protect you and the property owner against the unforeseen if you'd like to take advantage of that.
