This beautifully decorated six bedroom townhome is one of the Cascades at Moose Hollow and enjoys the wonderful views of Fairway #2 at Wolf Creek Utah Championship Golf Course plus the sights and sounds of the seasonal stream and waterfall that run right alongside. This property is owned by a local Utah family with a love for this beautiful mountain getaway and particularly the golf! This property is part of the Wolf Creek Utah Resort and is only minutes from Pineview Lake, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin and Wolf Creek Utah Ski Resorts.
There are 3 levels of mountain rustic elegance that offer several places to gather together as well as separate areas for more private time. Perfect for multiple singles, couples or families, this property offers two luxury King Master suites, 3 Queen bedrooms, a loft queen bedroom, a game room with one sofa sleeper and a theatre room with two additional leather sofa sleepers. Both master suites feature TV entertainment options, large walk-in closets and have luxurious private fully-tiled baths with Jacuzzi tubs, separate large, glass-enclosed showers and double sink vanities.
The main level features a welcoming entrance leading into the gourmet kitchen which then flows into the dining area and family room. The family room focuses on a uniquely finished, straw-glazed and stone gas fireplace which dramatically rises two stories. Above the fireplace is a TV with satellite and DVD. Right off the dining area is a small deck with incredible views of Fairway #2 and surrounding mountains plus a delightful seasonal waterfall and stream! The main level also has a powder room, access to the two-car garage and one of the Master King suites.
The upper level features the 2nd Master King Suite which has its own second private entrance from the courtyard area and its own gas fireplace complete with TV entertainment above. Also offered is a wet bar with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, bistro set and dishes for two ~ yes, your own personal retreat within a retreat! Other features upstairs are a queen bedroom, the loft with sofa sleeper, full bath in the hall, laundry and computer area.
The lower level is host to an additional two Queen bedrooms, another full bath, the theatre room, game room and patio area! The theatre room is large and offers surround sound in conjunction with a 65” HDTV with satellite and DVD. The TV sits on a raised entertainment cabinet for optimal viewing. AREA SPOTLIGHT: The Moose Hollow Community sits on Fairway #2 of the Wolf Creek Utah Championship Golf Course and is the perfect vacation destination for anyone who truly enjoys golf! The front nine holes are wide open with expansive views of the valley and Pineview Lake and the back nine are tight and meander through trees and homes. The Golf Course is open to the Public!

Moose Hollow and the Cascades in Eden, Utah offer a Welcome Center in the heart of our community complete with a lounging area, complimentary internet access and printer, friendly faces, beverages, brochures, answers to your questions and more! Behind the center is our seasonal pool complex with regular size swimming pool, kiddie pool, in-ground hot tub, dry sauna, plus lounging and deck furniture, and a grassy picnic area with charcoal grill. Additional picnic areas and grills are offered adjacent to the pool area and other locations throughout. The in-ground hot tub and dry sauna are open year-round and so is our 2nd community hot tub which is nestled between other condo buildings.
Also offered at our community is a 3000 sq. ft. Clubhouse. The main level can be reserved for private functions and the lower level is open to owners and guests 24/7 and has a small fitness center and game room with double shot, air hockey, foosball and ping-pong. On site there is also a sand volleyball area, basketball hoop and enjoyable walking trails that meander throughout our community past streams, ponds, waterfalls and fairways. Moose Hollow is also connected via a walking path to the Wolf Creek Golf course and recreation center. Enjoy golf, disc golf and all that the fitness center has to offer at a discounted rate!
PAYMENT POLICY: 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due approximately 21 days before arrival and will be automatically processed with the card on file unless other instructions are given.
CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICIES: Should Guest wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Manager. It is Guest’s responsibility to verify receipt by Manager. If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Manager will refund 100% of the sums paid, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 60 days or less prior to check-in date and Manager is not able to re-rent the same unit(s) during the same time period at the same or a greater rate, 100% of the sums paid are non-refundable. If Manager is able to re-rent the property under essentially the same terms as the original rental, all paid amounts will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for early departures, delayed arrivals, inclement weather or reduction in the number of nights reserved for any reason. If the subject property becomes unavailable or unsuitable for rent for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, casualty loss, construction delays, physical deterioration or loss of utility services, the Manager's liability will be limited to the return of all monies paid on account at the time of cancellation. In the unlikely event Manager cancels your reservation; every attempt will be made to substitute the rental with an equal or better property or all monies received will be refunded to Guest within 5 business days of cancellation notice.
