HOW DO I NAVIGATE YOUR WEBSITE?   

1. You'll LOVE how easy it is!
2. Go to the Home page
3. Enter your arrival and departure dates
4. Location bar can be left alone as all of our properties are at Moose Hollow so all available units will be displayed.  If you want to narrow the search down to condos (our smaller units between 1100 - 1600 sq ft.), just pull-down and click on "Moose Hollow Condos Eden Utah".  If you want only the Cascades Townhomes (our larger units between 2700-3600 sq. ft.), just click on "The Cascades at Moose Hollow Eden Utah".
5. Bedrooms - If you have to have a minimum number of bedrooms, select that number here.  But note that our townhome that can sleep 24 has 4 bedrooms so be careful not to limit your requirements to severely!
6. Guests - Enter the number of guests and our system will search for our properties that fit your needs.
7. Check Availability - Click here to display the available properties that fit your parameters.
8. Scroll through the list of available properties and when you see one you'd like more information on, click on  "View This Rental".
9. From here you can view pictures in a slide show, read a thorough description including amenities and for pricing simply click on "Book It Now".  This will not confirm or obligate you ~ it merely prices out your reservation.
10. Next, review the Terms & Conditions and check the "I have Read and Accept..." box and go to Step 2.
11. You will now enter your guest information here
12. The final step is to click on Confirm and Submit Your Reservation ~ you are now done and will receive an email confirmation upon completion!

WHY DO I WANT TO HAVE SECURITY DEPOSIT INSURANCE?

This is a terrific program that leaves everyone resting easy while enjoying vacation!  For only $25, you will be covered for any accidental damages that occur during your stay for up to $3000.00 ~ now there is peace of mind!  Prior to this program, guests had to have a security deposit and were responsible to pay out-of-pocket for any damages that occurred -that could be hundreds of dollars and we always felt bad about that for both the guests and the owners.  Accidents can simply happen and a few we've seen prior to this program that cost the guests a lot of money were:  1)  A child jumped on a sofa sleeper breaking the frame, 2) a guest sat his ice chest on the counter and when moving it around didn't realize there was a rock on the bottom and severely gouged the countertop; 3) a child fell back into the wall and accidentally kicked a hole in it.  Now, with this program, when accidents occur we can quite painlessly make everything right once again!
